Chef Richard in San Diego!
Chef Richard was invited to go out to Paradise Resort & Spa in San Diego during the July 4th week, to represent KC Masterpiece featuring a KC Style BBQ Bash. The Chef smoke 2800 pounds of meat in 4 days feeding over 1000 people! He was also featured on 4 local San Diego TV stations for that week, talking about KC Style BBQ.

NEW KC MASTERPIECE ON THE RISE!!
Chef Richard is new Culinary Director for the Hurst Restaurant Concepts. He is currently working at KC Masterpiece to achieve a higher standard of BBQ at the restaurant both from a flavor standpoint and new look menu. Come on by and see the new progress. The new menu was implemented on in early April and is doing very well.

2008 ACF AWARD
Wow! Chef Richard received the 2008 President's Award from the American Culinary Federation for his efforts on teaching and promoting the Spirit of BBQ! He received the award at the Central ACF Convention held in Kansas City in Feb.
