At the 21012 Festival of Smoke in Downtown Overland, Park, Kansas this year, 6 local chef's competed in a BBQ Pulled Pork Contest, including: The Educator of "Que" Chef Richard and Executive Chef Jasper. Alot fun was had and it was a great honor cooking with Chef Jasper. As you can see the Pulled Pork "Pig" was back in Chef Richard's Hands. Here he is signing the in house trophy!
This trophy has been signed now three times and 'twice" has been signed by The Educator of "Que"!!
