Now with BACKYARD BBQ, McPeake has brought forth another top-notch book. what makes this book really good is two things, the first of which is the volume of really great information McPeake provides. It's not just the recipes, but real information about how to cook. Second, McPeake's recipes aren't the typical, run-of-the-mill variety you find reproduced over and over in so many other books. McPeake really raises the bar when it comes to creativity, and I know you'll enjoy the challenges he sets forth.
