Factory Direct: Grilling Demos and Book Signing (4 hours)
Sunday: June 24th, MBQI SMoke Pit Class (7-8 hours)
MBQI (The Culinary Center) Down town Overland Park. SMoking, Rub Making, Chicken Bucthering, smoking ribs, chicken and Fatties. Meat Buying Tips, Trimming and Proper Smoking Techniques. (Only 7 Seats Left!)
Saturday June 30th: Smoke N Fire Class
2 hour Basic Grilling class from 10 am until 2 pm

July 11th: Culinary Center: Pro Series II: More Cooking Fundatmentals
More Advance cooking classes, 9 week (one night a week) cooking classes, completely hands on learning.
