CHUNKY FRESH SALSA

  ***  SALSA BASE ***
1 can Crushed Tomatoes, in heavy puree 28 ounce
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce L & P
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin ground
1/2 cup Tomato Juice canned
  *** FRESH BASE ***
3/4 cup Tomatoes, fresh small diced
1/4 cup White Onions small diced
4 tablespoons Jalapeno Peppers minced
4 tablespoons Cilantro, fresh minced
  *** OPTIONAL ***
2 tablespoons Chiles, peeled, seeds removed roasted

Place the salsa base products in a clean container and blend to mix.

Add the Fresh Base, after it is prepared to the Salsa base and stir to blend ingredients well. Let the salsa sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, adjust flavors and thickness if needed.

Notes: I recommend thinning down with additional Tomato Juice, if the salsa is to thick.

Salsa will need to be stir well before serving, each time.
